Our Guarantee, Confidentiality & Terms.

1. Limit one introductory offer per person.
2. Prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
3. Prices quoted refer to Australian dollars. 10% GST does not apply to overseas buyers so we will provide 10% more time for the price listed.
4. Further sessions are charged at a minimum rate of $238 per hour.
5. Pre purchased hours must be used within 12 months of purchase.
6. Sales77 International Sales Training assumes responsibility for the cost of phone calls to landlines where applicable within Australia, USA the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland at the time of training. The buyer assumes responsibility for phone calls where the buyer is outside of these countries at the time of training.
7. Appointments must be made within 28 days of purchasing the introductory offer from our website. If no appointment is made and no attempt to contact Sales77 International Sales Training is made by phone or email, the buyer forfeits the $49 fee.
8. At this stage Sales77 International Sales Training is only administered in the English language.
9. Prices are subject to change. We will inform you before any price changes are made. Pre purchased time or training is not subject to change.
10. To be eligible for the money back guarantee, you must submit an email explaining why you were not satisfied.

1. Sales77 International Sales Training is not a venue based organization. Unless prior arrangements are made, training will be conducted on the buyers' premises or on premises designated and financed by the buyer.
2. Special projects may incur additional fees, to be negotiated with the buyers' relevant primary decision maker.
3. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the highest standard of training, if you are not satisfied and wish to claim the clause in the guarantee requiring further training by Skype/telephone at no additional cost, for 1.5 hours per $1000 spent, you must submit a letter in the form of an email to sales@sales77.com.au

The content of this letter must clearly explain the specific reason for lack of customer satisfaction. This must be done within 28 days of completion of training.


4. Project cancellations incur a cancellation fee of 15% of total negotiated cost of project and require notification in writing in the form of an email or letter, to either the electronic or physical address above, no less than 28 days prior to the designated date of initial proposed training day, accompanied by a phone call to us, also not less than 28 days prior to the designated day of training. If the cancellation is made less than 28 days of the initial proposed training day, the buyer will be billed for 90% of the total cost of training.
5. If for an unforseen reason a Sales77 International Sales Training representative can not attend your booked training session (eg, sickness) we will rebook at the earliest convenient time and supply and additional 20% training time at no additional cost. However we are not responsible for any other costs that may be deemed to be associated with our cancellation.
6. At the time of booking we require a total down payment of 15% of the total proposed cost of the proposed project within a 48 hour period, and the remaining balance to be finalised within 3 business days of the final day of training, unless other arrangements have been made. Non payment after this 3 business day period incurs a late fee of 1% of the balance outstanding. Non payment every subsequent 14th calendar day thereafter incurs a fee of 1% of the total outstanding balance.
7. Travel, accommodation and living expenses outside Hobart TAS Australia are subject to negotiation.
